These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into by and between HAN VE HAN DANIŞMANLIK VE GAYRİMENKUL HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the "Company") and the user ("you"). The Company operates and offers the software product marketed under the name PMVW (Poor Man's Video Wall) (the "Software").
By accessing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.
PMVW is a software-based layout and display tool that enables users to create customizable "video wall" layouts and view multiple user-provided video sources on a TV device and/or other displays.
PMVW does not provide, sell, license, host, or distribute any video or media content. Functionally, PMVW operates in a manner comparable to a hardware video capture, switching, or display device, in that it displays video signals from sources that the user already controls.
PMVW is intended to work across multiple platforms, including (for example) Apple TV (tvOS), Android TV, Google TV, and other compatible platforms, as well as companion components on computers and/or mobile devices. Platform support may change over time.
PMVW is designed primarily for local network (LAN) use. Connections between devices may use WebRTC and related technologies. In certain configurations, a local signaling component may be used to establish sessions.
Any signaling component runs on user-controlled infrastructure (such as your computer or local network environment) and is not operated, hosted, or managed by the Company.
PMVW does not provide cloud video hosting, public streaming services, or managed relay services unless explicitly stated in a separate written offering. Video signals are intended to remain within the user's local environment and between user-controlled devices.
Performance (including latency, resolution, frame rate, and stability) depends on your hardware, network conditions, codecs, source configuration, and platform limitations. The Software is provided on a best-effort basis, and the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific performance metrics.
Access to certain features of PMVW may require an active subscription. Subscription terms (including pricing, renewal, and cancellation) are presented at checkout or within the Software.
Where payments are processed by a third-party Merchant of Record (such as Paddle), your billing relationship, payment processing, tax calculation, and refunds are governed by that provider's terms.
You agree that you will not:
PMVW is a neutral display tool. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and display any content used with the Software.
You are responsible for your setup and environment, including local network security, device security, and any local services you operate. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and content rights obligations related to your use of the Software.
PMVW is designed so that video data is exchanged directly between user devices and remains within the user's local environment. The Company does not operate a cloud video hosting service for PMVW and does not intentionally collect or store user video streams during normal operation.

The Software, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software during the applicable access period.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
The Company may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
