These Terms of Service are entered into by and between HAN VE HAN DANIŞMANLIK VE GAYRİMENKUL HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the "Company") and the user ("you"). The Company operates and offers the software product marketed under the name PMVW (Poor Man's Video Wall) (the "Software").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. What PMVW Is
PMVW is software that enables users to create customizable "video wall" layouts and view multiple video sources on a TV device and/or other displays. PMVW is intended to work across multiple TV platforms (including, for example, Apple TV (tvOS), Android TV, Google TV, and other compatible platforms), as well as companion components on computers and/or mobile devices. Platform support may change over time.
3. Local Network Operation (LAN) and Connectivity
PMVW is designed primarily for local network (LAN) use. Connections between devices may use WebRTC and related technologies, and in many setups a local signaling component/server may be used to establish sessions. Any such signaling component runs on user-controlled infrastructure (e.g., your computer or local network environment) and is not operated or hosted by the Company.
PMVW does not provide cloud video hosting or a managed relay service as part of the Software unless explicitly stated in a separate written offering. Your video content is intended to remain within your local network and between your devices.
4. Performance and Limitations
Performance (including latency, resolution, frame rate, and stability) depends on your hardware, network conditions, codecs, source configuration, and platform limitations. The Software is provided on a best-effort basis and the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any specific performance metrics.
The Software may impose practical limits (for example, limits on simultaneous streams or supported formats) depending on your device capabilities and the current implementation.
5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Access
Access to certain features of PMVW may require an active subscription. Subscription terms (including pricing, renewal, and cancellation) are presented at checkout or within the Software.
If payments are processed through a Merchant of Record (for example, Paddle), your purchase and billing relationship may be with that provider for payment processing and tax handling purposes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use PMVW to intercept, monitor, transmit, or display content without proper authorization
- Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass licensing controls, or disable security features of the Software
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software except as explicitly permitted by the Company in writing
7. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for your setup and environment, including your local network security, device security, and any local services you run (including any signaling component). You are also responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws and content rights obligations.
8. Privacy and Content
PMVW is designed so that video data is exchanged between user devices and remains within the user's local environment. The Company does not operate a cloud video hosting service for PMVW and does not intentionally collect or store your video streams as part of normal operation of the Software.

9. Intellectual Property
The Software, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software during your subscription (or other permitted access period), subject to these Terms.
10. Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Software if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
